Privacy notice

Prepare for Peace is run by Ben Waymark, a volunteer, in Nottingham. You can contact me at ben@prepareforpeace.org.uk.

What we collect

When you use the contact form, we collect your name, your email address and your message. We use them only to reply to you and, if you ask, to discuss contributing to this site. We do not sell or share your details, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.

Where it is stored

Messages are stored in a Google Sheet and sent to our email account, both run on Google Workspace. We delete messages we no longer need, and at the latest two years after our last contact with you.

Security check

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to stop automated spam. Cloudflare processes some technical information about your browser to do this. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Cookies

This site does not set its own cookies and does not use analytics.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing us. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
